There is no limit on savings with the Moonlight Graham Dental Savings Club. You can get savings up to 65% on dental care, and special dental care bundles are also available to members. The estimated average annual savings amount is $300 for an individual member, based on Fair Health Prices www.fairhealth.org, Moonlight Graham dental care fees, and the American Dental Association’s (ADA’s) recommendation for annual x-rays, exams and cleanings. Savings will vary on the dental care, the dental office, and the location.

This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This is not a Medicare plan. The plan provides discounts at participating dental care providers for services. The plan does not make payments directly to providers. The member will receive a discount from participating dental care providers, and the member is required to pay for all the dental care services received from the provider.
