Once I select a dentist or dental office, can I change to another one?

Another great feature of the Moonlight Dental Savings Club is the member’s freedom to select any dentist or dental office participating in the Moonlight Graham network. You can change to another participating dentist and dental office at any time, for any reason.

However, if you decide to change dentists or dental offices, this does not relieve you of payment for dental care previously received from a dentist or dental office. Members receiving dental care from a dentist or dental office are obligated to pay for the care.

*The four (4) Moonlight Graham special dental care bundles (above) are available at participating dental practices and offices who have agreed to provide these specials to members in addition to the other contracted savings for members. *Estimated savings are calculated from the difference between the each dental practice’s existing billed (retail) rates and the negotiated, agreed on lower fees for dental care services approved for Moonlight Graham dental savings club members.

This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This is not a Medicare plan. The plan provides discounts at participating dental care providers for services. The plan does not make payments directly to providers. The member will receive a discount from participating dental care providers, and the member is required to pay for all the dental care services received from the provider.
